4.12_GitWebhook配置说明

    如果需要Git提交代码（提交日志中含有工作项名称）时，能够关联工作项，需要配置webhook。

GitLab及GitHub代码仓库的配置方法如下：

    a)        GitHub代码库作示例：在对应代码库中点击设置，添加push类型Webhooks，填入url: http://${IP}:${PORT} /${应用名}/api/vcs/repos/actions/githubcallback；


    b)        GitLab添加push类型Webhooks，填入url: http:// ${IP}:${PORT}/${应用名}/api/vcs/repos/actions/gitlabcallback；
